Two Mom said that you guys where wondering if there where campgrounds at Gettysburg. Well of course there is. There is Artillery Ridge, email address is www.artilleryridge.com.
Then there is The Drummer Boy at www.drummerboycamping.com. There are about a half dozen more. Just go to www.Gettysburg.com and click of visitors information on the left. Then scroll down to where it says "camping" and click on that. Some of those cottages at Drummer boy look really nice. They have an eight person one for $187 a night. For those of you that do go bring your hiking boots. I've got a whole bunch of self guided tour books that have walking trails in them. Some of them our over 3 hours long, like the wheat field, Little Round top is only an hour, but the Devils Den is about two hours, and has dangerous rocks you have to walk over. The Culps hill one is over 5 hours, and it has a driving tour part in it. Also if you wanted to go to D.C. for a day, its only an hour away. You'll also have to let me know when you want to go, before our after the wedding.

Are there any haunted campgrounds?
probably. The web site will tell you. The Hotel I stay at is right on Cemetery Hill where Early's confederates where shot down. One time we saw a ghost tour in the parking lot of the hotel.
